Delivery Policy

Al Abbas Electronics delivers with our own team from our shop at Miani Adda, Kallar Kahar. This page explains where we deliver and when delivery is free.

Where we deliver

We deliver to areas within about 30 km of our shop at Miani Adda, including Kallar Kahar, Buchal Kalan, Buchal Khurd, Guffanwala, Sardhi, Ransial, Gahi, Chakmisri, Dharukna, Noorpur, Jhamra, Wasnal, Munara, Padhrar, Pail.

We also deliver in Chakwal city and in areas within about 15 km of Chakwal city, with a choice of standard or fast delivery (see charges below).

Free delivery with a refrigerator

  • Delivery is free when your order includes a refrigerator and your address is within 15 km of our shop at Miani Adda: Kallar Kahar, Buchal Kalan, Buchal Khurd, Guffanwala, Sardhi, Ransial, Gahi, Chakmisri, Dharukna, Noorpur, Jhamra.
  • Everything else you buy in the same order is delivered free as well.
  • Packages (bundles) that include a refrigerator also qualify.
  • Free delivery applies to items ordered together. Items ordered separately later are charged as a new delivery.

Delivery charges for other orders

Within 30 km of our shop, all other orders have a delivery charge of Rs 2,000. This includes orders without a refrigerator, and any order delivered 15 to 30 km from our shop (Wasnal, Munara, Padhrar, Pail). The charge is shown at checkout.

Small items such as fans, irons and small appliances have a lower delivery charge of Rs 999 when ordered on their own. If a small item is ordered with a larger appliance, the larger appliance’s delivery charge applies to the whole order.

Chakwal city and nearby areas

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 7 working days, Rs 1,500.
  • Fast delivery: 1 to 3 days, Rs 3,000.

How delivery works

  • After you order, we call you to confirm your address and agree a delivery time.
  • For cash on delivery orders, check the appliance at your door before paying the balance.
  • Please check the item for damage before our team leaves. If anything is wrong, tell them straight away and message us on WhatsApp.
